We have certificates available for any of our treatments and can package one with an array of goodies in a basket or just on their own. You know how great massage is, why not share it with someone special?

For some time now, we have been including Aromatherapy products, such as lotion and bubble bath, in our Gift Baskets. We are now offering them for sale on an individual, custom-made basis. This means that YOU get to choose the fragrance of your product, based on personal preference, health concerns, and desired effects. Using top quality, all natural essential oils and an individual consultation, Elke will formulate a unique aroma for your bath or body, or you can choose from one of her tried and true favorite blends. We have lotion, cream, bubble bath, shower gel, pumice scrub, Epsom salts, massage oil or lotion, and air/body mist waiting for your personal touch.

Epsom salts are used to help eliminate lactic acid caused from deep tissue massage, heavy exercise and stress. Use 2-3 cups in a hot bath for at least 20 minutes. Drink plenty of water to replenish your fluids. When used after a massage you are less likely to experience discomfort.

These versatile packs can be heated in the microwave or cooled in the freezer to relieve whatever pains you. The outer casings come in a variety of lovely prints, and are removable for washing. Great as a gift or to treat yourself!

One of our all-time favorite products, this stuff has an amazing range of uses, especially in the summer. Made with an aromatic blend of 7 essential oils, vitamins A&E, anti-inflammatory arnica extract and natural vegetable oils and butters, it is a cooling, soothing, healing first-aid kit in a jar. We've used it to tame the itch of poison ivy and insect bites with great success, as well as cooling sunburn and very dry chapped skin (listen up gardeners!). Some massage therapists have been known to use it in treatments for sore muscles and joints, and it's even good for your pets if they suffer sore foot pads, rashes or 'hot spots'.

These are self-massagers that are attractive enough to deserve a space on your desk or a handy spot at home. The original Helping Hand has 5 gentle finger pads to sooth your aches, the Octipet provides 8 feet for a more aggressive massage, and our newest massager is a colorful wooden Ladybug, which is as cute as it is helpful. A willing partner to provide back rub is not included.

The reason why we include them in our product selection is so that you can include them in your self-care program. That's right, a simple tennis ball can become a trigger point massager and a pool noodle, cut to the right length, can help you stretch your spine. So ask how you can make use of a pool noodle or tennis ball as part of your self care program.

Traumeel is a great general-purpose anti-inflammatory for muscular aches and pains, as well as bruising. We recommend it after particularly deep or intense massage sessions to lessen rebound pain, and also for use in the case of injuries.
Zeel is a more specific remedy intended for use in cases of joint pain due to arthritis or injury.
