Aromatherapy

These oils may be blended with a carrier oil or lotion, added to a warm bath or used in inhalations. An aromatherapy massage involves custom blending essentials oils to suit the needs of the individual, and applying them using massage techniques.

Hot Stone Therapy
For this treatment, smooth river rocks are gently warmed, then used to perform a soothing, pain relieving massage. The warmth penetrates deeply into sore, stiff muscles, and weight of the stones is ideal in treating stubborn trigger points. Hot stones may be used in conjunction with an aromatherapy blend to enhance the therapeutic effects.

Reflexology
This treatment is based on the principle that there are reflex points in the feet, which correspond to every part, gland, and organ of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation, and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body.
